Cancelation Reason

I acknowledge that by canceling my account with Axel's Skating School, I will lose access to classes, make-up sessions, and public skating passes upon the processing of my cancellation. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, provided that I give a minimum of 10 days' notice before this cycle ends. Failure to do so will result in billing for an additional month's dues.
